Not much to review since FIRST ONE arrived and I couldn't even use because it was defective. I was unable to even put the ink cartridges in because there was something that prevented me from even opening the printer to put the ink cartridges in. I took it to Best Buy where I purchased it and even THEY couldn't get it to open.

I was very upset after i installed this printer becouse it did not Work how i spect, but i returned it and got another one and that one it is working good now.

It only took me a few hours to get it completely set up with the Wi-Fi for my and my wife's phone's.. download the app and follow the prompts...

I’m very pleased with the purchase of this primer combo. It prints pictures very well even on regular paper. I would purchase again if needed.

This printer was reasonably priced. I like the fact that the ink cartridges can be replaced from the top rather than the front. This is much easier.

Replaced an old HP printer that no longer would connect wirelessly. Plugged it in and never looked back. Does the job.

Had to replace a similar model purchased in 2011 and this printer is a great upgrade. Love that it has the usb capability for scanning. Highly recommend.

I love my new printer, as a teacher, I need a reliable printer. I love the HP Instant Ink program that I was able to subscribe to after purchasing this printer.

Overall nice printer easy setup. Printing does take some time to print and quality is okay on ink but more importantly for me is it saves ink.

This printer is just what I needed. It takes care of all my printing needs. I have always loved hp printers and replaced one with this one.

After reviewing all printers with the salesman, HP Office Jet Pro 6978 was the choice. A good choice! It has been working fine since we started using it.

Small footprint with all the features a home office requires. A little slow to get the first page out, but all-in-all a good value.

Started school and have been printing more than 500 pages a month. This does the trick and the HP ink program has more then paid for the printer.

Does what it’s intended for. -but - if you want 2sided print/copy get another printer. Spends to much time prepping the printer before printing.

GOOD PHOTO COPIER; PROBLEMS OCCUR WITH SCANNING FROM LAPTOP CONTROLS AND MESSAGING TO SCAN FROM PRINTER. SOME TIME NEITHER WORK. IT'S AN HP DESIGN PROBLEM.

This has been an excellent printer/scanner. My kids are homeschooling, so having an efficient scanner to send in their assignments has been valuable.

For what I do it ok, but needs a manual with the product, the on screen options are not clear or don't work for me, You can't auto feed documents if they are not full sizes

I bought this printer for my work and is very good. For me printer from Hp are the best. I recommend this product.
