Good purchase but just stopped printing black ink.

It will only print color. We replaced the black cartridge and still no luck. We purchased it in 2017 so guess they aren’t made to last longer than 3-4 years.

Hp - Officejet Pro 6978 Wireless All-in-one Instan

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling nothing seems to help. Also sometimes it will only print 1/2 of a page instead of the whole page.
