Great printer/scanner that was easy to setup and use. Love that it’s wireless and I can print pictures from my phone.

Great printer with a good value. The printer performs as adverised

So I purchased this based on reviews (and I'm wondering if this was a new product at the time). It worked well for the first year. I even subscribed to HP's Instant Ink program for $2.99 per month, where they monitor and send ink as needed. Pretty cool, I never ran out. That was a good service. HOWEVER, after about 14 months of owning this (with a 12 month warranty), it no longer works. I get a paper jam error, but there is no paper jam. After researching online, I found many other people with this exact model and exact problem. I tried downloading HP's software update/fix which didn't help. They say to try cleaning print heads, but you cannot access them since they won't move. This thing is junk. This seals the deal. I will NEVER buy from HP again, and I cannot stress enough that you need to look on the internet for "HP 6978 problems", before you decide to purchase.

It is taking some adjustment but about to figure out the new features. Like that this model does more than single sheet copies.

works great. we print a lot on all types of paper. Got this one in particular because of the double sided scanning.

Only negative is you have to change out paper when you want to make photo prints. Can’t have both in at the same time.

Loved this HP printer and we signed up for the ink club that makes it so easy to alwAys be ready to print.

I like the product a definite learning curve from the old one that I had. I'm glad there is tech support for help.

I havent used the scan functionality yet, but the copying and printing works great. Also printed a page from my mobile phone

This printer has fufilled my printing needs. I was looking for a printer with automatic 2 sided capability and this one is perfect!

wifi connects well and quickly. print quality is very good. control panel is difficult to read and then "digest" what it said.

This is a great medium sized printer. It is quieter than my last printer and is performing as expected.

Does everything I need it to do. The only feature I wish it had would be duplex scanning, but I can't complain too much!!

The printer was easy to set up. My computer is downstairs, and the printer is upstairs. The print quality is excellent!

Used for a month and I had no problems. I used it with the wifi rather than by direct wiring & found it relatively easy to hook up.

I would have no other printer and that's all I recommend to my family, friends and clients.
