This printer is awesome. As advertised it will scan, print, fax, copy and I can print remotely. I am also enrolled in the Instant Ink program which saves money and I never run out of ink.

Easy set up. Works as described. I have owned HP products before and hope this one lasts as long as the old one.

I like the ease of wireless printing. Makes printing from my iPad a breeze. So far so good. Good quality prints also.

I bought this computer because my other one stopped working. So far I am really loving it and have had on problems. It does a lot and is so easy to use and has good print. It has a phone app to which is easy to use as well.

Printer performs really well but as with most Inkjets, you want to use the best paper you can. Ink runs out quickly if you are doing complex color jobs but I ran a production office with this printer for a week straight of medium to heavy use and it had no problems or hiccups. Setup was a snap. Great value for the money.

Literally obsessed with my printer. I have never had a printer that consistently worked and was easy to operate. This printer is great for at home printing and some work as well (printing worksheets, lesson plans, etc.). Enrolling in the HP instant ink with this printer is super easy, convenient and well worth it.

This printer makes clear prints with easy to configure settings. My only complaint is that it does take a while to go through its startup checks before it prints the first sheet. I'm normally not in a hurry so it's fine for me, but if you need fast instant prints it might be an issue.

The features, ease of use, and print quality of this printer are deserving of a 5 Star Rating. However... this printer has a flaw, minor but annoying. This printer most of the time will not WAKE up to print! Printing the same day seems to work ok.. but every other printer I have had will stay in standby mode (yes i have checked settings... I have even tried to schedule on and off times), but after a few hours on no usage this printer will require you to unplug power cord and plug back it, the power button will not even work, needs complete power cycle! Not an issue with my computer, I have worked with HP on this for 5 months... I have my 4th unit from them and still has same issue... they are as baffled as I am!

This printer is fantastic. Once I installed it on my new Lenovo Yoga 2 in 1, it connected on its own and works very easily. Even has an email address to send documents for printing! This is a huge upgrade (at a very good price) from the last HP printer I had. It will print & copy 2-sided as well. Great product!!

Great price for a feature filled printer. Prints much quicker that our previous printer. Nice quality of print too.

Needed a new printer after the last died on me. Found this on sale and its been awesome. Easy set up and easy to print from a tablet, cell phone or another computer. Also can scan things directly to my email which is a plus. Print quality is great but wouldn't use it for photos.

Great home office printer. Good quality and efficient. I couldn't connect to to my computer in order to send scans directly but that might be user error. I would recommend as I always use HP and find them to be the best quality and most reliable

I bought this to replace a printer of the same make and model which had a problem with carriage movement. Although I was disappointed that the first printer lasted only a little over a year, I decided to get the same model because the printing was clear and the printer was easy to use.

It has plenty of features. I was particularly interested in being able to print from my devices. This it does!

This is my third HP printer in 17 years. Mine have all been good printers and lasted a long time. The 6978 was very easy to set up and install on my Windows 10 computer. I can print directly from my IPhone and IPAD without having to add any extra software or apps. Very satisfied with HP 6978 printer and would recommend it.

The printer is fine for regular copies. It's a good size, prints relatively quickly and isn't noisy. The HP ink replacement program is great and I think well worth the money. One thing I don't like so much is that you can't just set enlarging or reducing size of the prinoutt on the printer but have to do from your computer.

This printer is amazing. I’ve owned several different ones over the years for around the same price and this one by far is the best. You don’t even need to flip the page to print both sides nor use the scanner for papers. Makes my print jobs much faster and easier.
