well, after 8 years, both my HP 6210’s had paper tray issues & I needed a new printer - they were great! This 6978 has everything they did and more! Easy to set up, compact, yet full of features, and Best Buy had the best price by $20! Let’s hope these last as long and perform as well?!

This HP printer is, to use an overworked word, AWESOME. Easy setup, multiple capabilities not usually in this price range, fast startup. Print quality is great, and speed is far superior to our older printers in both B&W and color. Absolutely would recommend for home office and personal use.

i have every function that i need, hp insta ink saves a good amount of money, bit of noisy when it start up

This was a bit tricky to get installed but we finally did it. Once that was done, it has been problem-free.

The printer functions as expected. EXCEPT the paper consistently slides back in the tray making the printer think it's out of paper. It used to have a rear sliding tab to prevent that, and it's aggravating. Other than that it runs like a dream. A bit confusing on the network internet set up. And we need to find a way to fax over smartphone. Otherwise perfect!

I really like my all in one printer. It works wonderfully and the go ink program saves me money on ink.

So far the printer is working well! Does duplex printing and scanning. Not the fastest but that is ok.

I spend quite a bit of time reading reviews of printers and comparing models. A price reduction clinched the deal. Printer was easy to set up, install cartridges, load paper. Love the screen! Easy to modify printing options. Terrific color. Pleased with this choice in every way, though only had it 1 month.

Ever since HP Instant Ink rolled out, I swear by these printers. The ink lasts a while and they are fairly reliable. This one I just bought for work, and have the older model at home. Set up is a breeze and it's finally been an experience for me having a no worry printer.

Easy to use. Great quality printing. I especially like that you can print on both sides to save paper. Had it for 7 months and black ink stopped working. Called customer service and they walked me through a process to try to get it working. But no dice. A replacement is on the way!
