Great printer by HP for everyone looking for an all in one system. Great with ink and paper.

Fast copies, good color accuracy and love the print from your phone feature.

The unit appears to be doing what it should in the way of faxing, printing, etc so far.

Bought this unit to replace my HP Inkjet OfficePro 8600 which had lost it's scanning capabilities and could not be resurrected. I particularly wanted to have the scan function as this is a feature I use more frequently than not. Since I purchased the unit last month, I have been unable to get the scan feature in the new model to work. I will be uninstalling and reinstalling the software again. The copy feature that does work is slow to warm up and now, a few weeks into use, the unit has developed a black line on copies when using the automatic feed feature. At least my prior unit didn't develop the line until I had had it for a few years. In fairness, the fax feature does work. Knowing the built-in obsolescence of computer/support products, we didn't want to spend more that $100 on a printer that likely wouldn't work after a few years; however, we never expected an HP product to be this much of a dud from the "get-go".

Already have an HP copier at home so decided to buy HP copier for the office great product.

It’s an ok printer, definitely not made as well as my last HP printer. But what I was really disappointed in was the ink cartridge’s that came with it. They were dry and lasted a week. Was not prepared to have to buy new ink just to make my new printer run.

I use my printer all the time, I work from home and is friendly use.

Needed a quick working scanner not to expensive. Was a great price.
