Does everything it's supposed to do. No problems.....good speed, easy to use, good color, etc. Good macnine.

I have had this HP printer for about a month or so and is the first wireless printer I've bought. The setup was pretty straight forward. I also set it up to print via my smartphone. Compared to my older HP printer which died this one is faster and more efficient and I love the wireless feature.

Our old HP wireless printer/scanner was murdered by our cat; he liked to attack the paper as it moved through the printer. So, we went to Best Buy and found the newer version of the same printer, went home, and printed. No fuss and it self installed on our network. Great machine.

I updated an older printer that stopped reading new ink cartridges to the HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. It is very simple to install, automatically syncs with your network and prints quickly and clearly. Would suggest to any who are looking for a great printer for a home office.

I’ve purchased this printer twice now. It’s great. With multiple college students and a small home based business using this, it gets a lot of work. It holds up well and does a good job. It does perform maintenance at inconvenient times though.

This is the third time I’ve bought this printer. One went in my daughters dorm room, one in the house and now a new one for my apartment. It’s easy to use, sets up quickly and is very reliable. It lost a star because I hate buying ink... I wish ink was cheaper.

Easy set up and works great! Was able to use it immediately. Wish it came with more ink though.

I have had this printer for over a year now and it serves me well , from printing my son's homework to scanning work related documents. It is remotely connected to my laptop and I can print stuff from any room in the house. I have not had any issued with it at all.

Printer is easy to set up. Works pretty fast. Holds lots of paper inside and in feeding tray. I wish they made a cartridgless version ink is so expensive nowadays for all printers but at least for this one you can buy individual colors if you use a lot of one color.

I like this printer. It is relatively easy to use, both the printer and scanner. Everything I have printed and scanned has turned out good. My only complaint is that there is no instruction book. We had to go online to get one. It would be nice to have a manual that is easier to access.

Bought this printer 'cause my other HP (14 yrs old) finally died. The price was right but in true HP fashion, the ink was almost the price of the printer. Anyway, installation was simple, although I did not choose to do wireless. Direct Ethernet was all I wanted for now. My old HP had been able to have direct Ethernet and wireless at the same time, but oddly, not this model. Not sure if they are all this way anymore but it seems easy enough to change over to wireless. I followed the instruction card to install this and then went and checked for and downloaded a couple of latest updates. Took about an hour tops. Also downloaded the user manual. Can't expect to have that come with the new printer. Works nice so far. We'll see how much mileage we get from the ink. This is just for personal use but when you need it, you need it. Bought the Geek Squad 2 year replacement also. You never know.

This printer is excellent. We use it for almost everything as far as sending fax and printing.

The office jet was simple to set up wirelessly and use. I was able to print directly from my mobile phone right away. I already had other printers, which I still use, but wanted a wireless one. So far, it's working great. Good quality prints. My family uses it regularly. Happy I bought it.

I got this printer to be able to print from my phone and tablet, due to my pc being ooc. The connection process was a bit of pain, I had to do it multiple times, but after figuring it out, this printer works great! I can even print when I'm not at home, definitely 2 thumbs up!

Our old printer died and after a lot of research both online and in store I decided on this printer and it is great. The ability to scan multiple pages and the quality of the printing is excellent. I can also print remotely away from my home which is a great feature.

This printer connected easily and prints well. It does everything I need a four in one to do.

Replaced my old HP printer with this one. It was very easy to set up and is working very well.

It was easy to setup the printer and it prints petty good. The ink is small and I don't know how long they will last, however, I did go with ink replacement program and received a set of XL ink for free. So far so good.

This is a very good printer. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I haven’t printed photos yet. So I don’t know how to rate that aspect.

This printer came with plenty of ink and was easy as could be to set up with all of my equipment and works faster than most industrial printers love it!
