This printer does everything I expected and more. It's simple to find it wirelessly and works very well. Has a top feed for documents that works great. Prints two sided without a problem. Very easy to setup - pretty much take it out of the box and plug it in!

This printer has so many functions! I absolutely love the easy of printing with it from my phone, scanning documents to my tablet, or simply sending from the computer to the printer. I got this as a gift and wouldn’t have picked a different one if I could have!

Overall, I am happy with this printer. It is easy to use and it was also fairly easy to set-up. I called HP and a tech support guy told me exactly what needed to be done. The instructions enclosed in the box with the printer and the graphics on the instructions were not the best.

Bought as a secondary printer but like it so much that I made it my primary printer.

printer works great. My older HP had trouble with iPhone prints. this 6978 prints everything quickly, even the iPhone items. I have it connected both USB to desktop and wireless for all other printing. Haven't used fax yet, but don't expect any problems.

I bought this after my old printer started to smudge print on each page. The HP advisor was at Best Buy and recommended this printer. I love how easy it was to set up. It prints wirelessly from all my tablets and phones without any issues. Highly recommended.

I bought this printer to upgrade from basic printer to meet needs for multiple users in household. Easy setup and connection to home network worked well. Desktop would not print so had to use HP support which was very good. Very satisfied with print quality.

The printer was very easy to set up with my IMac, once I downloaded the correct drivers. It scans, prints, copies very well. It is not for heavy duty needs, such as a home business might require, but is a great value for normal personal use. I have not tried printing photos yet.
