I bought it on January 31, installed it and printed a bunch of things...February 9 I went to print and it was completely dead! The "HP Smart" app says it was "ready" the control panel on my computer says it was operating properly, but another program said the driver was unavailable. I spent over an hour on the phone with the Geek Squad, who were unable to fix it. I temporarily got it fixed yesterday (February 15) and now today it won't print again. Worst piece of junk EVER! And of course, the return window closed YESTERDAY!!! So now I'm out the cost of this horrible horrible printer! If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Great printer but uneasy setup

I have had two printers, one worse than than the other. HP techs said it was a hardware issue replace it. Second unit: it's a hardware issue, no a software issue, no it's a hardware issue. Engineers said not loading paper properly. It's a PC problem. It's definitely a software issue, and I have to wait until firm ware is fixed WHENEVER! This us no exaggeration! Went on for weeks!
