A good quality printer, easy setup, nice scanner, copier. The only negative is the paper-loading tray sticks, not a smooth in/out.

This is a great printer. The prints are clear and show great detail.The ink cartridges are easy to install and the set up was very easy.

This printer combined with the HP ink deal is ideal for any family that is interested in document printing/scanning or even photo printing/scanning. The quality for this printer in both Black and White and color is outstanding. We have resisted printing photos at hope because of questionable quality in the past as well as high ink costs. With the HP ink deal we will pay for the printer itself in ink saving alone in the first year. Our initial encounter with HP customer service was excellent. We use this printer with a wireless network as well as a wired network and the initial set up was a little tricky and we called for some guidance. I can't stress enough how important good customer service is for any company and the amount of time and effort that I have received from HP with this set up is close to perfect.

Prints and scans effortlessly. Like the usb interface comes in real handy.

A great printer, nice quality copies, scans are clear. HOWEVER, if you are looking to scan a number of pages through the automatic document feed to a computer file or email, BUY A DIFFERENT PRINTER! I specifically told the sales assistant that I needed to scan documents to file. We both looked at the information easily accessible on the printer, and it appeared it would do the job. Once home and unpacked, I couldn't make it scan to file. Only after digging much deeper into the product information did I find that the scan to file was only available via the flat bed scan. i took the printer back and purchased a different brand. Other than the scan issue, a solid, all around nice printer.

Pretty solid performance all around. Scans and copies well, print quality is good. It's not the fastest printer but its on par with other offerings at this price point and size. Easy to print from android and iphones. Very happy with it.

I was looking for a printer/copier that would do B&W and color, and would print/copy/scan two sided documents. This one was priced right, had wireless capability and all the features I needed. Took all of five minutes to set up and works great!

This Officejet Pro is an excellent printer for faxing, copying, scanning, printing, and other needs. It is very easy to learn how to do the necessary things. So far I am very happy with this Officejet Pro.

Fast good quality printing. I use it for basic printing and its great. If you print stuff once in a while this printer is great wireless easy set up you can print from evry room in your house.

HP always provides well made printers. Setup is fast and easy. Support is available and extremely knowledgeable about their products. Price was good too. I save $80 bringing the price down to the old printer I bought back in 2008. Good Deal!!

HP printers are very dependable and when I needed another printer, Hp - Office jet Pro 6978 Wireless All-in-one which was very easy to setup, useful web options and I like the fact has clear print whether for faxing, business documents or photos.
