easy to use. Harware is easy to remove. Nice and must to have it.

So far it is okay. I could not connect it to wireless but that is okay. Faster than old HP. It shoots out the paper so you better be there to catch or be sure to have paper tray catcher open. Also makes more noise than old printer.

Easy setup and fast. It is much better than the 6500a printer that I replaced. The price was great. The black ink cartridge is not stock in the store but you can order it on the internet. The other colors are normally in stock in the store.

Works well. Easy to set up. Have not used initial ink supply yet.

This is a great printer. It's very simple to use and comes with directions that are easy to understand. Also comes with a DVD if need to learn how to use this printer. And because it's wireless, I can print pics from my phone and tablet.

Prints great from my laptop and mobile devices. In addition, I purchased this for it's scanning abilities as I've gone pretty much paperless. It works excellent in this area. I'm very happy with my product choice.

We sorely needed an upgrade and this printer is great. Setup was super easy, and printing over wifi is so great. It prints really fast (by the time I've walked down a flight of stairs, my stuff is printed).

Works great in all aspects I use. No land line so can’t use fax. Coupled with the ink cartridge option it is always dependable. Not really happy with the off/on time system. I keep odd hours and always have to check to see if it is on before use. Would prefer it to be on constantly. Remote printing by IPhone is impossible if it is off. Only complaint.

I couldn't believe how much easier to set up this model was over previous models. The app-based set up was way more intuitive and faster than downloading software on my PC. The print time is lightning quick, also.

Recently had to replace my old HP printer that lasted for years which is why I purchased another HP product. For the price and quality of prints which I use a lot for work reports its a great printer for the price.

The HP 6978 has been a very easy to use printer. I like the fact that i can print stuff off of my smartphone and you can also print to it when you are not even home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a budget priced printer.
