Bought this printer for my son in college. It does everything for a college student such as scanning, copying and printing reports quickly. Great resource for a college student.

We found it on sale and liked the multi page feeder copy option It's ease of set up and affordable replacement ink . Plus it's fast Austin in the computer dept was helpful and answered all our questions

This was just for work form home purchase but now I use it for everything and anything that I need to print photos, documents whatever really I like this printer.

I love this all in one wireless printer. I bought this printer for its' ability to automatically print double sided without having to load the paper to print on the back side. If you want a fast, compact, versatile printer, this is the one for you. The color quality is pretty good as well. The only downfall is that I sometimes have trouble getting the printer to print directly from webpages on a Windows computer. I usually have to save it to a folder and then print the document to the printer. If you are working from a Mac/Apple, there is no problem with printing directly as it looks like the printer works better with the Mac/Apple products. I can easily print things from my phone! Love that feature!

This printer is great just coming out the box. It receives wifi quick and then prints fast. Copies are bright and clear. Definitely recommend.

Upgraded from current all-in-one printer. Overall, great print quality and a great price. Also took advantage of the HP ink program offer available for this product-- another great value and time-saver.

This printer was easy to install & provides good quality output. My only complaint is that my last HP had a drawer for photo paper. With this one I have to change paper and no way to queue it

Purchased this printer as a network printer for my family. The installation was a breeze, and the printer works well. No problems at all with the printer. Would definitely recommend.

After using this for a year, I'm kind of underwhelmed. Connection via WiFi or USB has been spotty. Quality is okay. Ink gets used rather quickly -- we've used draft mode just to save on that. The multifunctionness of it works -- we've scanned documents to USB (make sure it's a FAT32-formatted drive), printed double-sided, and even done a bit of TWAIN acquire scanning into Photoshop, but it's not a particularly comfortable user experience. It's...just okay. Also, HP aggressively pushes their ink subscription service and often locks out third-party cartridges. It's almost better that you not register your device with them so you are not harassed with these messages. I understand that the company makes more on the razor blades than the razors, but it feels very anti-consumer.

This printer provided everything I needed for an onsite meeting command center. I needed a printer that could offer both wireless and wired connections because WiFi was spotty on Amelia Island, FL. Also, I needed the ability to save to PDF, not just JPEG. A third must-have was speed printing both black & white and color. Lastly, I needed excellent print quality to meet corporate standards. We went through a lot of ink, but that seemed a small price to pay for the flexibility it provided us and we could produce on-demand double sided handouts with ease. It was such a hit that I had two offers to buy it after the program, but it wasn't for sale because we are shipping it to our next meeting destination.

We love our printer. It prints out many clear papers. It has many features that we love. Its wireless so we can print from our phones and it turns out Great. Ink lasts a long time

The device was appropriately priced, easy to install and has worked well for the couple of weeks I have been using it. Now, i am interested in seeing how durable and reliable it is over time.

I needed to replace my printer, and I was fortunate to find the exact printer that I was using. The HP - OfficeJet Pro 6978 Wireless All-In-One is an awesome printer, I have gotten great service from my previous printer, its easy to use and I enjoy the remote printing. When I was picking it up from the store, the associate commented on how much he liked his’. I’m looking forward to getting a lot of service from one as I got from my old one.

I had start up problems because I didn't know to restart printer so mac Sierra could recognize printer over wi fi. Took 2 calls one to the geek squad but it was one to apple care that resolved problem. I'm not tech. savvy. Features are working in tests. Have not tried faxing . Haven't used enuf to give 5 stars.

There are several things I like about the HP6978; -high paper capacity -fast -top feed option -wireless capability -price It is mostly used as a home copier/printer, and it really serves the purpose well.

good printer. seams to work great. It is a little larger printer and it does make some noise but it prints very good. Overall a good printer.

Setup was a breeze on this printer. Had it connected to my iMac, windows laptop, and smartphones in under 5 minutes. I another 5 I had the wifi capability working and was able to print from anywhere.

I like to buy a little better printer, they seem to last longer. This one seems pretty solid. Print quality is very good, it's a little loud.

All functions are very easy to use - fax, print, scan, copy. It's just a bit noisy and takes a long time to re-set itself if it's not used for a while but it's a pretty good value.
