HP6978 printer was easy to install with on line directions. It worked perfect right out of the box. I had a older HPprinter and this is much faster and clearer. It prints on both sides with ease.

good printer. seams to work great. It is a little larger printer and it does make some noise but it prints very good. Overall a good printer.

I like to buy a little better printer, they seem to last longer. This one seems pretty solid. Print quality is very good, it's a little loud.

Printer easy to setup wireless. Allows printing direct from Mobile device on wireless network. Scanner works well and menu system is easy to use.

This printer is so great that I bought a second one for my son in college. It is a reliable wi-fi printer, and can scan as either pdf or jpg. I highly recommend this product.

This is a great printer for the average person. Does everything you would want it to with ease. Print fax scan you name it. Very user friendly setup would recommend

Very easy to setup. My kids set up their phones and laptops. This was a must have during home schooling !! Copies were printed with very good clarity.

After using this for a year, I'm kind of underwhelmed. Connection via WiFi or USB has been spotty. Quality is okay. Ink gets used rather quickly -- we've used draft mode just to save on that. The multifunctionness of it works -- we've scanned documents to USB (make sure it's a FAT32-formatted drive), printed double-sided, and even done a bit of TWAIN acquire scanning into Photoshop, but it's not a particularly comfortable user experience. It's...just okay. Also, HP aggressively pushes their ink subscription service and often locks out third-party cartridges. It's almost better that you not register your device with them so you are not harassed with these messages. I understand that the company makes more on the razor blades than the razors, but it feels very anti-consumer.

Was looking for a printer that does multiple jobs. Was very easy to set up. This one is replacing a previous similar HP printer that I had that just wore out from use of 3 kids in high school and college.

The size and weight of the printer are wonderful. The ease is working with the printer wirelessly is awesome. This is our second HP wireless printer and the first one is why we bought a second one.

We use this printer in a setting where many people connect to it wirelessly. Very easy and being able to email a document to the printer is even better! Oh, and it prints well too!

I have an HP computer and nothing but good to say about it and now we have an HP printer. The same with the printer. No problems and prints beautifully. The price was certainly right!

I have been using HP products for quite a few years. This printer was the easiest printer I have installed . It does make a little noise but it prints great. Good going HP

It is a good printer but it takes forever to start after i turn it on. But it does what i need and i dont print a lot

Had last printer for 11 years so many extra options werent available then. Right out of the box was super easy setup. Best feature I like is that I can print with my iPhone without any setup at all!

Compact and so easy to set up even for this senior! It has all features of an office printer, easy accessible USB port, can print letter, legal and pics! Great price point.

Wireless printing and auto duplex printing were high on my priority list. This printer has both. The 225-sheet input tray and auto document feeder are bonus. Set-up was quick and easy.

Really like the printer, compact, quiet, efficient. Enrolled in HP instant ink. Good program. Printer died after 6 months of average daily home use, started mis feeding paper, then 2 weeks later, printhead went out. Unfortunately, I failed to purchase BB warranty, but HP warranty was still in effect (1 year). On phone with HP tech support for over 2 hours trouble shooting before they agreed to replace. Because enrolled in instant ink, they shipped a "refurbished" unit next day (instead if 5-7 days if not). So far, this printer is working fine.
