Really enjoy this printer! Had a Lexmark that frequently had problems communicating with my desktop. No such problems with this HP printer. Enjoyed the affordable price with so many features!

have had this printer for 6 months now and it is fantastic easy to link up to wifi and my PC and phone.Prints really good on all the differnt jobs i need it to do.Highly recommend

The set up was easy. It took a matter of minutes from emptying the box to printing the test page. Instructions were easy to follow. The printer is reliable and worth the money.

Performs well and prints in good quality. Dual-sided scanning is fantastic and helps me maintain home records of key documents. Speed is slow, but better than earlier deskjet printers

Easy set up, from cartridge install, modem connection, Wi-Fi, and fax. You can even see who is calling on the screen (name & number). Instant ink is great and will save you lots of money.

In replaced an Epson inkjet that was smearing documents. This printer is crisper, faster, has more features and easier to use. Wireless connection was simple and fast.

The Office Jet Pro 6978 is easy to use, prints, scans and copies quickly. I added the new ink program membership which really makes it a winner. You have everything you need and it works great!

Setup of the printer is very easy. Loved the printer service option and got my first ink as well. Scanned few documents and was satisfied with the result. A great product.

Easy to use and setup. Configuration can be done on LCD panel, no need to hook-up to computer to setup. Can print on all my wifi devices, ipad, phone, computers, etc.

Very good printer. The auto feeder is great when you have several pages to copy or scan. Dual sided printing is a good feature, but the first time I tried it the printer jammed! Clearing the jam was a snap and the printer has performed perfectly since. The one thing I haven't been able to use is the wireless ability to print from my phone. I had to call "Support" and I still haven't printed wireless yet. The print quality is very good. The cost for replacement cartridges is pricey and finding them outside of HP refills is difficult. I got a great deal at Best Buy on the printer and actually bought a better printer than I intended to buy!

I got this printer because it was a good price and it was wireless. I love being able to print from anywhere in the house! It was so easy to set up and install as well! Highly recommended!

HP IS THE BEST IN PRINTERS, especially All-in-Ones, This printer is no exception. Smaller, faster and quieter than older models. Ink cartridges are cheaper than many others.

I love this printer, i can print from all my devices. Very easy set up. It took longer to get it out of the box then to set up. The color prints look great. I would purchase another one.
