I bought this OfficeJet Pro 6978 to replace my HP-DJ3755. There is no comparison between these two printers. My 3755 had been having a few issues so I decided it was time for a replacement. The 6978 was on sale and I had some accumulated coupons so I bought it for a total of $3.23. When it arrived I opened the box, and honestly in just over 10 minutes it was up and running all functions, including scanning. This printer seems durable, well made, is moderately speedy and produces a great printed copy. I couldn't be more happy and would recommend this product to anyone. Thanks HP and Best Buy!

I love this HP Printer. I was planning to purchase another Epson but the color copies weren't vivid enough. The salesman recommended this HP printer and I am happy to say that I love it. It is quiet and prints double-sided copies with ease. The scanner and copier work great too.

Solid printer with easy setup over wifi. I like the wireless feature which allows me to put the printer anywhere in the house. Haven't had any problems with the connection dropping or being unable to connect if unplugged. Just to be safe and avoid IP conflicts, I did modify my router to reserve an IP address for my printer. One downside: no manual feed option which is something I sorely miss. Printing envelopes, which I do frequently, I have to unload 8.5x11 paper from tray, insert envelope, adjust guides, and change paper size on printer screen. Highly recommend the HP Instant Ink service if you have a good idea of how many times you print during a month.

All I can say is that this little printer has been getting the job done for over 9 months now, it has not slowed and is still giving me high quality prints.

I recently buy it on sale. I found it easy to setup and easy to use. I love that it has loading section by which you can easily copy and scan multiple pages.

Looking for a multi-functional printer for a good price. Able to scan directly to storage disc, along with good color coping. Small and compact copier ideal for desktop.

I purchased this as a gift for my Aunt. I love the ease of set up and the simplicity of the unit. You can do everything in a sleek, compact machine. I highly recommend this machine.

The first printer I purchased was defective and had to be returned. The replacement has been working quite well. Great quality printing and scanning. And the WiFi works great.

Exchanged my HP6830 for this printer, when my printer head went bad. The store provided an equal swap and we have not had any problems. Quality printer and nice size for our home office.

This printer is very easy to set up, works right away and is efficient. You can choose two sided printing or one side printing. The wireless function works well. I recommend this.

I bought this printer after my Epson all-in-one died. The reviews on this one were pretty good and the price point is fairly decent. The print quality is really great, and the ability to print and scan on both sides is always a great option. My only real issue is just how slow this thing scans. Other problems is the ability to connect to other computers on your home network. It took several hours for my laptop to be able to use the scanner. The desktop was just fine, but that one is plugged into the printer with the USB, so there were no problems with that.

Very impressed with this easy to set up, use and enjoy printer, it pretty much connects by itself, nice display, cartridges included, great price.

I am not very tecnical when it comes to computers and printers. I was a little reluctant to try using the printer via WiFi. I was pleasantly surprise at how easy it was to set up. Also, the scanning is much easier to use on this HP printer than than my old other brand printer
