Needed a printer so I ordered this printer online. I like the HP Officejet Pro 6978 W-A-I-O for the small footprint. The print is good. Don't care for the small print/icons on the touchscreen nor do I like the flimsy paper tray & printed paper stopper guide. This prnter currently serves its purpose as a home printer.

I am not very tecnical when it comes to computers and printers. I was a little reluctant to try using the printer via WiFi. I was pleasantly surprise at how easy it was to set up. Also, the scanning is much easier to use on this HP printer than than my old other brand printer

Printer was very easy to setup and even easier to use. My wife loves the wireless printing from her iPhone. My daughter loves that she can print from her computer in another room.

This printer was recommended by the Best Buy Rep and it was a very good buy. We love the fact that this printer meets all of our needs (print, fax, scan) and its wireless

The HP Officejet Pro 6978 was SO easy to take out of the box, follow the very easy instructions, and be able to print, copy and scan asap. The cost was also very reasonable.

Basic setup is easy. But took me sometime to understand some advanced setups. Manual does not provide all the instructions. Best quality prints. I got it for best price on sale.

Although it took a bit to set up, once it was, it has been easy to use, high quality printing from computer, as well as connected iPad

Got this for records scanning and homework as well as replace an older model. Easy to operate, great colors. Cost of toner is a bit high but overall great product.

I have a old Laser Jet 1102w printer that is still printing like a pro but that is its only function so I started looking for an all in one printer. I love HP products so that is where I started. I found the 6978 model on sale before Christmas for $69.99. It does everything I need it to do. I love the double sided printing, copying and scanning features. The scan to email/desktop is great and a time saver. I'm loving it. I'm still keeping my old Laser Jet printer as well since the HP models seem to last and last. Thanks HP and Best Buy.

The printer is a good value, but it delays the print request.

I bought this printer for my dorm room and it is perfect. Doesnt take up a lot of space and has all the functions you could ever need as a student. Easy to set up and easy to use.

I am afraid of electronics, but this was super easy to set up! The scanner part is easy to understand, the print quality is excellent, and it prints quickly.

This printer is doing well so far. We are minimalists when it comes to printing. Setup was easy, and it prints well. No complaints except the price of ink.

Very easy to set up. I am extremely happy with this printer. I especially like the new instant ink program. All in all, the copies are great. Scanner and fax are great too!

Great little printer! Much faster than my older printer and easy to set up.. you print a test page, then scan it, then the printer self adjusts itself. Easy-Peasy

This printer is very simple to use and the quality of the printed pages is excellent. I've use it to make copies also and I am very pleased with their quality also.

I’m very happy with the service I received in the store and with this printer. I was a bit worried about setting it up at home by myself. However, the service rep assured me it was user-friendly but if I needed help to give him a call. Happy to report I didn’t need help!

I purchased this Office Jet Pro 6978 as a replacement for a photo printer that quit working. This one is efficient, wireless is quick, quality of print is great!

This HP Officejet printer is a good size for home office usage and so far so good, it is printing out bank statements and scanning art work splendidly!
