great printer quality ...... easy to setup and use

Bought this for our daughter in college for a good price. It prints nicely and has good features. Wifi setup was difficult as she does not have a router in her apartment. It would not work through the wifi she has. She was able to set it up on her phone hotspot of all things and make that work but she has to redo the setup every time she prints. When she moves and get a dedicated router for her apartment I think she will have better luck. I advised her to get the proper usb cord for now.

This is a decent all-in-one printer/copier/scanner for a home office. It's small and compact, and does a decent job for not much money.

Prints are very clear. the fax is great to have. Plus the ink cartridge replacement service is a great thing to have.

Compact all in one printer with easy set up/connection to wireless network. So far have had good print quality/no problems.

While I am a loyal HP consumer, I am very disappointed in this printer. It prints well and when it works the photos are decent. However, the use of WiFi is hit or miss. Every time I try to print, I have to reboot the printer once or twice. From on/off back to on and then unplug. I've reached out to HP on multiple occasions and spoke to the HP rep at the store with no luck. Still thinking about returning as this gets annoying. I never had this problem with most of my other printers, only this one and another ENVY.

This printer has good quality prints, like the wireless capabilities. Would give 5 stars but it is a little slow for me.

Hard to beat this printer for home use at this price. Its best feature is the two-sided document feeder; what a timesaver! Ink is kind of expensive, but the HP automatic replenishment plan, which I think they call Instant Ink, makes it more reasonable if you know how many pages you print month to month, or if you don't print much. Print quality for documents is good; haven't tried printing a photo on photo paper yet. After three weeks, I haven't experienced buyer's remorse, so I guess that's a good sign.
