I purchased this product a couple months ago and so far, not one problem. It was easy to set up and all the family uses it. Extremely satisfied.

This is a decent all-in-one printer/copier/scanner for a home office. It's small and compact, and does a decent job for not much money.

Hard to beat this printer for home use at this price. Its best feature is the two-sided document feeder; what a timesaver! Ink is kind of expensive, but the HP automatic replenishment plan, which I think they call Instant Ink, makes it more reasonable if you know how many pages you print month to month, or if you don't print much. Print quality for documents is good; haven't tried printing a photo on photo paper yet. After three weeks, I haven't experienced buyer's remorse, so I guess that's a good sign.

While I am a loyal HP consumer, I am very disappointed in this printer. It prints well and when it works the photos are decent. However, the use of WiFi is hit or miss. Every time I try to print, I have to reboot the printer once or twice. From on/off back to on and then unplug. I've reached out to HP on multiple occasions and spoke to the HP rep at the store with no luck. Still thinking about returning as this gets annoying. I never had this problem with most of my other printers, only this one and another ENVY.

Excellent print quality, easy set up, superior scanning, but print speed is slow for single pages.

Really easy to set up. I love printing from my phone from across the house. Everything I’ve printed so far has been perfect.

Multi purpose and fast printing. Great duplexing and easy to scan pages. The automatic document feeder is the best.

I love this printer it's all in one. I can print, fax, scan, and copy. I can print from my phone with ease and fast. Would recommend it.

Installation was easy and the copies are perfect! I do a lot of scanning and the wireless feature works well for me.
