A bit large and louder than I am used to but easy set up & quick printing capability.

Great printer. User friendly. Easy to connect to computer. Colors look great too. My second HP. The last one lasted 15 years and only replaced it because of the newer computer.

Looked for months for a multifunction printer that can print/scan 11” X 17”. With the sale price and coupon from recycling an old printer, purchased price was lowest I can find online or at a brick and mortar. Printer is beautifully designed and print speed and quality is touch notch. Easy initial setup with seamless wireless printing capabilities from laptop to mobile devices. Couldn’t be any happier with service from Best Buy or HP product.

Great printer easy setup and prints documents nicely. The only issue with this printer was that two of the four ink cartridges did not work during set up apparently defective. Fortunately I had purchased additional ink cartridges.

Bought this printer for a co-worker. He needed printer that was fast, color, and did 11x17 prints. For the price and reliability of HP this was the way to go. You can fit different paper sizes in the 2 drawers. I recommend this printer and it looks good too.

I am a HP person and have been for many many years. I love this printer. It does everything that I need it to do. Print, Scan, Copy and Fax. One of the things I love the best is that the scan bed is legal size. Which is great for larger scan projects. I contacted HP and they set it up for me, doing it right the first time. If you are looking for a dependable printer, you can't go wrong with this one. Since we are all working from home, you will need a printer that can hold up to the massive amount of printer we all need to do. It was easily connect to my work laptop with no problem. If you do purchase this from BB, I recommend getting their Replacement Plan. For $30.00 it is good for 2-years. If anything goes wrong, just take it back to the store and get a new one or similar product and you will get the full credit back to your account.

Saves me the effort of changing paper sizes with two paper drawers. Works well as advertised. My only complaint would be that this model does not qualify for the ink resupply program.

I find this versatile multi-size paper printer incredibly useful for both small businesses and home offices. I primarily use it to print my interior design blueprints and presentations on tabloid-sized paper. The ink cartridges are reasonably priced and last a long time. I highly recommend it!

Really like having 2 paper trays and wider screen scanning capabilities. It seems to scan documents much more slowly than my previous HP Office Jet- All In One though, which is a bit troublesome. Plug and print installation.

This printer is working great with up to 11x17 paper. I have 2 issues with it. 1) I used to be subscribed to HP Instant Ink but this printer does not work in that ecosystem so I will have to go to the store to buy my ink instead of having it showing up at my door in anticipation of my needing it. 2) I thought my printer was bad during the setup but upon further investigation (removing the print head) I found that the cartridges have a small piece of plastic that gets deflected to the side when inserted. The fit was loose enough that sometimes the plastic would slide to the wrong side of the guide.

This is a fantastic machine for only $149.00 Color printer with black printer option, scanner, fax and copier. Automatic feeder and up to 11" X 17" size paper. Quality is very good

Great printer. Works well with my wireless. Like the double paper trays. Customer service is wonderful. Price had gone down $20.00 after I bought it and I did not know,but they automatically credited my account. Very happy with purchase.

Works well. A little slow, but print quality is good. I like having 2 paper trays, duplex printing, etc. I just didn't expect it to be a large as it is. If you have room for this giant printer, it's a good value.

As a homeschooling parent, a high quality color printer is key. The overall machine size is larger than I really wanted, but I love the larger print option that allows for me to print classroom posters. Common functions are maintained and I like the two paper trays at bottom of the machine (versus rear paper tray that causes machine to stick out). So far, I’m very pleased with my purchase. The only down-side is that I cannot get auto shipped ink through HP.

I'm so glad we upgraded our printer. This one works to perfection. The speed is great and the quality of the printer is awesome. The best printer we have had so far.

The printer works great! Having a large paper supply in the printer is definately a lot better than constantly having to add paper every few minutes. Set up is a bit more involved than printers I have had in the past. I ended up having to call HP's help line to make sure everything was loaded properly and that did take some time. However, now that I am up and running, this printer is a major improvement!

I have had many HP Printers and this one was the easiest of them all to set up ! Yes I read the Specs and was fully aware the in auto feed it does not scan 11 x 17 documents. but for the price it fit my needs for printing 11 x 17 documents. You can still scan manually 11 x 17 documents with the flat bed ! The two drawers with different size paper and the ability to print both sides makes this printer a real winner ! For communications, its able to be set up wired or wireless for the network. It can be connected to a phone line for the fax option. Right now I am not using that function.

I love this printer!!!! I needed a reliable printer and this one does the job!! Easy to install, good quality prints and cartidges seams to go longer than other printers I had before Very happy it solved all my printing needs, defenitly recommend it!

Great quality and ease of set up. Easy fast printing. Never a jam, great scan quality. this is our 3rd one. Buy what works. As with any printer ink is the expense...so buy when on sale.
