It was resolved within a reasonable time. I like the print quality in both color and B&W. I like the convenience of Instant Ink. I find the navigation screen to be too small and as a result the print button hard to see, find and press. Why are there so many steps to follow before you can press start?

It has taught me to become a little more techie. I am learning the other functions which is also a little challenging. I was surprised because its wireless. I did not use a telephone wire, Overall, the print is of good quality, quiet and prints fast. As a beginner, this print is a teacher for me. I am beginning to love it.

It prints, it scans! Wireless?

I set it up to print wireless. It would print one thing, but not the next. Finally, I used an ethernet cable to plug it directly into wireless router. Now it seems to work reliably. Used it to print and scan, but not fax. Was happy with results.
