Good all purpose printer. Quality of prints and scans are very good. Setup was very easy.

Great printer except that I can’t scan with my MacBook.

The printer I got was defective so I did have to go back to Best Buy and exchange it which was a hassle but I will say the girl from customer service was extremely helpful in making my exchange very easy. The quality of this printer is excellent and I thought the ink would run out immediately because I was printing out a lot of color invitations but they're still completely full. I'm very happy with this product.

This printer prints immaculately very good. The colors are very bright. The setup was very easy.

I am enjoying the printer very much. It includes what was missing in my previous purchase (digital screen display and top-feeder for multiple copies), makes very clear black/white and color copies, cartridges easy to insert, and I have received first shipment of Instant Ink Cartridges. Also, the process of connecting the printer to my MacBook Air was the easiest I have ever encountered. In my opinion, it is also very attractive.

Quality of prints are great. Lots of options and you can even email your printer from anywhere and it will print. This one works only off WiFi (the next level up you can plug in for connectivity) so unless you turn it on, wait for a few for it to connect (not too long or it will go to standby) then it will be in printer limbo. Other than that, pretty good for what it is.

I purchased this printer to complement my small home office technology. I was concerned that installation would be an issue as I'm not a "techie". Far from being an issue, installation was extremely easy and within 20 minutes I was printing and scanning! I wanted a device that I could scan multiple pages at one time to pdf files and this printer aces that task! In addition, printing is easy and fast as well! I think this was a great buy for me!

Just bought this printer a few weeks ago. Printing works well. Not so happy with scanning though, and I scan more than I print. The HP "SMART" app is not so smart. It decides which pages should be upside down, and when I edit to rotate the upside down pages, sometimes it stays correctly and sometimes it doesn't. I'm frustrated with it. There is no duplex scanning, but I knew this when I bought it. I liked the app that I used with my older HP OfficeJet Pro 6968.

This printer was very affordable and worth every penny! The print quality is amazing, especially for pictures.
