I couldn’t be more satisfied with an hp product. From the classy look to its performance. Purchasing this printer was a great investment. It’s fast, clean and neat. I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a great printer.

This printer replaced an HP 7600 series All-in-One printer. It has all the same general features, but has a smaller footprint, is faster, and so far seems to give more value for the price. My only concerns are:
A) The front panel seems to open with very little contact, causing occasional disruption in printing. Maybe a little more sturdy closure mechanism is warranted for that feature.
B) The paper tray is a bit difficult to fill due to the confusing lines for standard paper, and other sizes not aligning with the built-in physical "stops" of the tray.
Otherwise this is a well made and performing printer.

I love this printer! I had purchased a more expensive brand that I struggled to use and understand so it sits in storage while I use my easy and great quality HP 8025! Definitely recommend!

Works as well as wireless printers do for me. Often have to turn on and turn off to get it to recognize the Wi-Fi so I am able to print. Perhaps it is my internet.
I feel that the mechanisms inside are very loud especially when scanning.
I am unable to print on certain Avery labels that I once was able to with my previous HP printer (a 4000 series). The printer just will not allow the smaller size label to go through. I will hopefully be able to figure this out and remedy it.
The print quality is good printing speed is sufficient for my needs. I am in rolled in instaink and I really enjoy it.

More user friendly than previous model. One click operation for scanning, and printing. This unit replaced and older HP ink jet printer which was in service for 10+ years.

The only complain I have of this printer is not about the printing itself...it is excellent. The paper tray is not good. It does not slide easily. Needs a better part to make this happen.

Professional quality printing, relatively fast output for a small printer, easy to install, have linked it to an HP desktop computer as well as a Samsung cell phone -- documents are clear and very readable; photographs come out true to color, lighting, and shading.

This printer is not to bad for what I need it for. Does a good job for a home printer, I use the instant ink which I like. If I had to do it all over, I would get one with the big tanks for the ink. My brother has one and he loves it. They discontinued my model. I think. But the warranty is still good.

Great printer, easy to set up and easy to use. It connected right away to my WiFi and was printing in less than 10 minutes. The HP insta ink is a huge plus too and you never have to worry about getting ink or paying ridiculous prices again!

A Clumsy Vending Machine For Ink Cartridges

Everything about this printer is an embarrassment for HP.
Physically, it is noticeably larger than HP printers with similar printing capabilities from years ago.
The paper tray is quite small (especially for business printing) and HP has redesigned how you load papers into the tray - it is wholly unintuitive.
Above the paper tray is an extending plastic platform designed to automatically reach out to catch your printed pages so that they don't shoot out onto your floor. Even when I printed the initial alignment page, this mechanism failed to engage.
There are no ports on this model for memory cards to print from. Admittedly, this is not being marketed as one of their photo printers but I don't understand how documents from memory cards are not part of office printing necessities.
During setup, this model immediately identified the included ink cartridges as official HP ink cartridges. A little bit of research alerted me that this printer will only accept genuine HP ink cartridges.
It will not allow you to print in black ink alone if your color cartridges are empty or are not installed.
Scanning, faxing, copying, and printing times are average. Nothing stellar. Document printing and color printing (including photo printing) are average. Nothing stellar.
What does work? Their instant ink program - an ink subscription service (their "Ink Of The Month" club). Everything about their service is well defined and clear.
But in an new printer era where they will need to compete with other printers with HUGE non-cartridge ink reservoirs, please take a look at the size of the cyan cartridge that fits this printer in the attached picture below.
For a machine that is clearly being marketed as a source of ink cartridge sales, you can find other models with more or better features for WAY less money.
There is no way that this can be an economical purchase for home or office.

I foresee that this HP Officejet Pro 8025e shall last five years or more, which in today's world, is an average lifespan of a good printer. The price is fair. The output is good. Not a bad choice.
