Useless calling Best Buy to help me set up printer but I got really good help from HP customer service. Patiently helped this senior to set printer up correctly. Best Buy Geek Squad was weeks out to send a technician.

At first had trouble downloading The HP Software for MAC. Was a little dissatisfied with HP customer service, because I could seem to talk to anyone. Left it for a few days. When I went back yesterday, it took a minute or two. Must have been some glitch. Print quality is excellent.
