    Good golly, what a pain! So many apps to download to get it to print bc one stops working, after signing up for the instant ink and putting the new ink in it will not print. Had to go buy ink and send all instant ink back. Doesn’t print correctly. White backgrounds print red back grounds. This thing is a nightmare. Good luck finding a store with ink in stock.

    Had a 3200 printer, new 8025 was available when 3200 printer lid stuck in open position. Not sure new unit can give quality photo printing. Very disappointed that paper tray is hard to open and close and printer output tray also sticks.

    I purchased this as a replacement (as a home printer) for an older model (which finally gave out) and am very pleased so far. I brought in the Geek Squad for installation which went smoothly. The quality of printing / speed is excellent and it is a bit more quiet than the older model. It is hooked up with my local network and works seamlessly. HP remains my printer of choice.

    Nice printer. Our printer was getting on in years so it was time for a new one. Have had several HP's over the years and decided to go that way again. Going to try the Instant Ink. If we decide it isn't worth it, we can always drop it...would need to always use genuine HP cartridges going forward - but I've always bought genuine HP cartridges anyway - so not worried!
