The wireless capabilities are great. I even signed up for the HP ink program where they monitor you useage and send ink when it is needed. Print quality is very good on plain paper as well as photo paper. Have even used heavier stock to print things out.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works Great The wireless thing is pretty cool but it would be nice to have a cable to come with it just because you have another option besides wifi and some computers can't download the app since it's made for phones but it works great just got to add an extra step when you got to print something out on pc since it's not wireless I use googledrive then my phone brings up the app from hp and print.

Work delays caused by the pandemic resulted in device being stored for many months before renovations finally completed a few days ago. Have installed and tested printer, but have not yet had occasion to use it regularly. So far so good. Test printing worked well and gave very clear print.

Not the best choice for me

Having trouble opening the drawer. Also, don't care for it's needing four inks instead of just two - one color for convenience.

This machine is faster, does auto duplexing, scans, copies, faxes (which I dont use) & uses 8 1/2 x 14 paper & has an auto document feeder. Everything I wantedm but...lousy photos. My old one 100% better for that. I'm very pleased, just will need to get something else to print photos. It has 4 individual ink cartridges which I'm happy about. I've never liked tri color. I miss the photo black cartridge. Since the majority of my printing is documents & got it for a good price, I'm quite happy. Won't be using instantink program though. I like to decide for myself when I need ink & do not want anyone looking at what I print.
