    Very happy with ordering on line, ordered the printer on the Mar 31 and received it April 2. Packaging was great. I am 77 years old and Installing the printer was very easy finding where the cartridge's went was the hardest. My grandson was very impressed with the ease I had in installing. Printer works great and I would recommend it. I love Best Buy.

    My previous HP printer lasted over 5 years but finally died. This machine is faster, does auto duplexing, scans, copies, faxes (which I dont use) & uses 8 1/2 x 14 paper & has an auto document feeder. Everything I wantedm but...lousy photos. My old one 100% better for that. I'm very pleased, just will need to get something else to print photos. It has 4 individual ink cartridges which I'm happy about. I've never liked tri color. I miss the photo black cartridge. Since the majority of my printing is documents & got it for a good price, I'm quite happy. Won't be using instantink program though. I like to decide for myself when I need ink & do not want anyone looking at what I print.

    Print quality is good for what we use it for. Haven't tried to print any photos, so cant comment on photo quality. Right now this printer is a back up to our other printer that is slowly dieing. Like the fact that HP will send me toner when my supplies are running low.
