I had a lexmark that I really liked and being able to refill the colors save money for me. I did photgerphy & made my daughters jockey team year books. When the last year came around I had to go to a printer to have them made because it finally broke down. Denise

It is quiet, quick and all business for my "all-in-one" home-office needs. It monitors my ink usage automatically and tells HP to send more ink before I run out. At the price, it just can not be beat!

Very good printer for the price

Prints and scans well and I love being able to connect to it wirelessly rather than needing a USB cable. Does have a curious qwirk where it will slow down on a multi page job. But all in all, very good printer for the price.

Terrible quality

Paper tray has 8 1/2 & 14 settings, but will not stay in 8 1/2. Cheap plastic. With 20# multipurpose paper it kept jamming & would not print both sides. Constantly put out extra blank sheets. Changed to Premium 24# and would finally print both sides, but still sometimes puts out extra blank sheet. Totally disappointed in this machine. Had to sign up for the free ink to finally get to set up. Don't waste your money.

The printer connected to the WIFI connection easy enough nd HAS NOT dropped connection since installed (earlier models use to drop wifi constantly). Our computers connected to printer with ease and are able to print from anywhere with in out home network. Adding the print app to our phones have allowed us to print from anywhere!!
