This printer has met my expectations, as it was difficult to find the right one for me. The only bad thing is that I lost the option of 6 months of free ink because the option is only available when the printer is connected to a computer wirelessly, which in micaso is impossible because it does not have that facility.

Well I had a wireless printer before and it was terrible. It kept dropping the connection so naturally it was useless. This one however, answer to my prayers. No connection drop and it has a screen on the printer itself to make things self explanatory. It's just great.

The printer was bulkier than I had imagined. It had so many sharp edges. The ink cartridge installation was difficult, it will be a challenge for many people. And worst of all, I had paper jams on my initial test print that kept happening over and over again! Also had challenges with WiFi printing...the printer kept going offline for no obvious reason. I had planned to return it but have not had the time to do that over the holidays. If I could, I would.

Easy to install and use. HP+ subscription is a steal with current ink prices. This also has all the modern bells and whistles you could ask for (mobile printing, WiFi connection, touch screen controls) along with hardwiring you still need (networked, usb-b). Best printer/copier/scanner for the money.

This printer has been working well for me. As I am not a heavy user, it works very well for my needs. I have had no problems with it so far and expect not to have any for some time.

I never thought I could love a printer. I had an HP years ago then strayed away. After my last printer died I decided to go with this model and I'm so glad I did! I guess I got used to inferior printing quality without realizing it. I've used everything except the fax function, which I don't need, and I'm so pleased. I'm using it for personal home use and feel so spoiled.

Slow. Runs out of ink quickly. It was difficult to set up. Advertised to be able to Fax but it appears you need a land line to do this

This printer works very well but you must download the HP app prior to installing. This is not a simple plug and play device. Once you have the HP app installed, set up and usability is easy.
