I've been buying only HP Printers for many years so I can't compare them with other brands. The reason I've been buying only HP printers is because I am always satisfied with the quality and performance of their products. The print, copy, and scan functions are all excellent. I don't use the fax function. I think that this is an excellent printer for home office or personal use.

Menu is confusing, and it simply isn't simple to use. It shoots paper out if processing more than one copy; tray to hold the processed paper doesn't drop down.

I regret buying this printer. Although it does print/copy/scan/fax... the quality of the print jobs is subpar. The color is wrong and no amount of adjusting makes it match the original, be that a picture or a document. I've never experienced that on another printer. Also, it's a total ink hog. I've owned this printer 9 months, rarely use it, and am replacing the ink cartridges for the 4th time.

I use this for my Home Office and Classes. Connected via Wifi. Very little delay when sending print task from the other rooms. Not small, but is not too bulky. Sits on two drawer lateral file cabinet. Signed up for the six months free ink (700 pages). Before the ink was to low, I received my ink supplies via mail.

Great printing of paper and envelopes. Scanning is great too.

I've always used HP products and never disappointed.

Easy to set up and simple to use. Came with 6 months hp cartridge supply option which made the purchase totally worth it. Printing speed is fast and I like that you can scan from your phone easily. A must have for professionals who need print outs while working from home as well as for day to day needs.

The printer was easy to set-up, and great quality!

This printer was very easy to setup and works flawlessly with the internet, which allows printing to be wireless. The "Print" software is even linked to an internet website that permits printing anywhere outside of the office. The scanning is perfect and very efficient.

For the average user this was a decent printer. Printed great pictures. I was trying to do photo quality prints and eventually after a month it just started putting a line through my prints. So back this one goes.

It does everything I want it to do, but the tray for printed pages when fully extended isn’t the length of a page. So far I haven’t found print jobs on the floor, but it seems like a design flaw.
