I have no idea how this printer has a 4.8 star rating. I have had HP printers most of my life and have typically liked them, the last one being an 8610. I would absolutely not buy the HP 8025e again. It wasn't too bad to get setup, except that you have to download and use the HP Smart App that doesn't work well at all. The printer takes forever to warm up and adjust itself. It takes forever to just print a simple WORD Doc sometimes. It also jams up when trying to print a PDF from a Web site like a Recipe for example. It will print the first page and then lock up. Then you have to cancel the print job. I have retried but it always locks up again. Labels have also been a real pain. Avery 11136 labels for Hanging File folders is so difficult to figure out the directional flow of the sheet of labels that you can waste a few sheets of labels before you figure it out. I use a plain piece of paper first now if it has been a while and I forgot. Then you have to mark the paper front, left, Right, Bottom, etc., and test print and it is still a little difficult. My opinion is the printer is horrible and would not recommend it.

Excellent printer. Color photos are better than I expected. SLOW printing though. If you don't print too often say, less than 10 pages a day, then it won't bug you too much. Need 3 color copies of a 12 page report? Ugh.

It's like this printer knows what I'm thinking and prints it before I even think it! (Just kidding, it's not quite like that) but it works like a charm; prints quickly, quality is good, and ink dries quickly so you don't have to worry about it smearing if you touch it right away. Scans quickly too. I'm totally happy with this purchase!

I love the speed of this printer. The print quality is good also.

A fine entry level all-in-one color inkjet. It takes a while to get going on the first print. The computer interface is reasonably intuitive but I have yet to master doing much from the computer's color control screen. The ink is a bit dear, as with most inkjets, but I only use it sporadically at my vacation home so ink cost isn't a big deal. It unit gives the impression of being very flimsy, especially the paper drawer, so unlike my much larger Brother all-in-one color LASER. I'm SO careful pulling out the drawer to refill it with paper. But, it's light and compact so that's the trade off. The price was also right. I was looking for something that was only going to get occasional use.

Good printer. Makes good copies. Not too big or too small.

My recently purchased printer provides adequate serviceability. However, speed of access and printing is slower than I anticipated for a home office. Clarity of print on copies is notable.

Overall great printer, but it will not work on 5g or 2.4mbs

Difficult setup. Tooks hours to get it working.......disappointed

Everything about this printer is an improvement from my 6 year old HP. I had a slight problem with setup and HP tech support was very easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful.

It took me 10 min to hook this printer up. So easy! Its rather larger than I thought but thats my mistake for not measuring it. I still love it. I highly recommend this! Also, the printer set up wifi without me even having to out the password in. So easy

A good product so far and Geek Squad installed the soft ware for me. This is my second HP - Office Jet Pro 8025 series. I also enjoyed my first one but it had a (just 1) paper jam after seven months and died. I learned to purchase the warranty this time - hoping this one will live a long life!

This HP Printer is very efficient. So far, not one issue, everything prints beautifully. I’ve not tried the photo print yet but having previously owned an HP all-in-one, I went back to the brand/model that had proven successful in the past. Highly recommend this model.
