Easy to install fast printing faxing and scanning and copying

It's like this printer knows what I'm thinking and prints it before I even think it! (Just kidding, it's not quite like that) but it works like a charm; prints quickly, quality is good, and ink dries quickly so you don't have to worry about it smearing if you touch it right away. Scans quickly too. I'm totally happy with this purchase!

A good product so far and Geek Squad installed the soft ware for me. This is my second HP - Office Jet Pro 8025 series. I also enjoyed my first one but it had a (just 1) paper jam after seven months and died. I learned to purchase the warranty this time - hoping this one will live a long life!

A fine entry level all-in-one color inkjet. It takes a while to get going on the first print. The computer interface is reasonably intuitive but I have yet to master doing much from the computer's color control screen. The ink is a bit dear, as with most inkjets, but I only use it sporadically at my vacation home so ink cost isn't a big deal. It unit gives the impression of being very flimsy, especially the paper drawer, so unlike my much larger Brother all-in-one color LASER. I'm SO careful pulling out the drawer to refill it with paper. But, it's light and compact so that's the trade off. The price was also right. I was looking for something that was only going to get occasional use.

Great printer, easy to operate and set up. Print quality is very good.

So far I am very please with this printer. The Geek Squad Tech who installed the printer was very helpful in explaining everything to me. My old printer was an HP that was purchase in 2011 from Best Buy it still worked but with new Wifi could not get it set back up.

My first unit I received the touch screen was not working. I return to Best buy store and was able to re order for next day delivery. HP Officejet PRO 8025 was easy to pair with my laptop and Insta Ink arrived after 5 days.

It wasn't what I wanted. I was looking for something a little less expensive; however, I am very happy with the purchase. It was originally for my office at work, but I switched it with my home printer. It has exceeded my expectations.

Assembling directions were by picture rather than text and were easy to follow. Connection to wireless and recognition by computer also intuitive. The printer works just fine and all is thus far well. Of note: the ink cartridges require the removal of a plastic piece requiring at least moderate grip strength.

Tired of running out of ink on my Epson printer or I should say tired of running dry those cheap cartridges would dry out before empty now with the HP instant ink should never happen again. This HP also has faster Air printer when printing pages from my iPhone then the Epson

This is a decent printer for the price. I bought it on sale, so the price was a really good deal. I‘ve had HP printers in the past and they last about three to four years. Not a bad deal, now if they could make ink reasonably priced, that would be great!

This printer is a pile of junk. Did not even last 2 years . HP support is horrible as well as Best Buy's customer service .

I purchased this several months ago and have found that the quality is very good. My only complaint is that it goes through ink cartridges very quickly, even the XL cartridges. So while the price of the printer is great, you spend a fortune on the ink.
