The printer prints quickly, no paper jams. I really like it.

Very disappointed with the ink cartridge use. I considered this printer and the hp envy printer. I was told this printer was capable of printing volumes and the envy printer prints less and mainly it was a photo printer. I have printed less than 500 documents in less than a month and have used 4 black cartridges and 2 sets of the color ones. The print quality is not that great (printer skips and lines rin through the documents). I’m not impressed with this printer and currently looking for another.

I love this printer and replacing the paper is a breeze

This printer is so much more than I anticipated it would be. The color as well as black and white printing is crisp and clean. Scanning is fast and easy. This printer so far has impressed with how long the ink cartridges last. Very pleased with my choice and the assistance provided by the customer service representative we worked with!

It was a little hard to get set up. But after setup it works great. We had issues with getting the instant ink set up and had to call hp for help. But they were very friendly and knowledgeable once you got to the correct person.

Although the price tag is a bit high, I have to say that it’s worth every penny. This printer seemed like a good deal considering all that it can do. It’s so easy to set up and it’s honestly a big game changer. From time to time, we still scan/print documents the classic way. We’ve also been spoiled with using the app to do many of our jobs and modifying documents there. Lastly, I wanted to focus on the Fax capabilities. You are given a trial period to send faxes utilizing your number and WiFi. After that, you can pay a price to fax XXX pages per month. Worked like a champ with no issues. The one thing I would of loved to see is the capability to dual scan pages via the feeder; sadly, that’s a function for the 9000 series All-In-Ones. I didn’t want to pay the extra money, so I make due with this (just an extra step). Overall, highly recommend.

Clear print, nice scanning capabilities. One drawback for me, if you want to print 4x6 photos you have to remove the regular paper and change to the smaller stock. It would have been nice if it would have had a special tray or slot for envelopes and pictures

Was very easy to set up. The print quality is pretty spot on, and great quality. Doesnt make any noises or loud sounds of such. The wireless print from phone to device works pretty fast as well. Al round great product.

Third or fourth HP OfficeJet Pro series printer for me. Similar set up and operation Only confusion occurs around which apps are current and which need to be deleted and replaced.

Purchased this for my Mother In Law and she loves it. She's 67 Years old and wanted a printer. My husband and I thought that it would be difficult for her to learn how to use it but she caught on really fast, the printer is quiet,fast and easy to use.

Bought this to replace aging all in one. Its used mainly for my daughter school work, scanning and printing assignments. So easy to use, fast, good quality. Little bigger than the last one but last one did not have a paper tray, its a great all in one We haven't done photos yet, but they should be great.

I really like the ability to do just about any task from my phone, network connection has been pretty good. I can't get it to scan above 300dpi,I don't know if this Is a glitch, but is a big let down. So far only printed documents, but they look great

I really like wireless printing and the set-up with my Apple devices was quick and easy. Printing and scanning take longer than previous printer and scanner, but still a good value for the price.

I have owned several HP printers over the decades. This is absolutely the worst printer I have ever purchased. Cheaply built and functionally worse. Multiple sheets of paper are pulled every time it prints. Scanning is so slow I could practically mailed it before it would be done. Changing paper is delicate because the tray is so cheaply built. Buy something better.
