I love this printer! It does the job for someone who’s studying at home. Minus a star because it is noisy and the paper tray is a little flimsy, but I love the features that it has and the HP app you can download for your phone.

The old workhorse printer I had finally had to be replaced. I don’t like this new technology printer, scanner. I’m dealing with it; but I’m buying ink all I’ve time.

So far so good. We had another HP Printer before but it did not qualify for the Instant Ink. Printers this type make you waste a lot of money for the cartridge replacement. It is good that the printer works with the HP Smart app which after getting familiar with it, it's pretty easy to use.

So far it works nicely. My only complaint is the paper tray holder isn't long enough sometimes the pages fall off the tray. and it's hard tp pull out. It doesn't slide out very easily.

Great print quality. Fast speed for this type of printer. Uses ink very quickly and tends to jam when running multiple pages

Bought this to replace an older HP that lost its print head. (Did you know you could buy two new printers for the cost of a print head?) So Best Buy had these for the same price as online, so I bought one. It works very well as a home printer. I had it set up in 15 minutes and it's been working fine since. Absolutely no issues.

Its ok, we will see what kind of life I get out of it. Had a Brothers printer that was great, but when a part went, it wasnt cost effective. On a side note, your rewards program is a joke.

I didn't plan on buying this printer, but after I looked at the reviews on it I decided to buy it. It was the best decision I could make for my teenagers. It doesn't smear after printing pages and it prints quickly. It's worth the money I paid for it.

Printer do not respond at once but goes on and on. After few times, prints. More complex printing, takes long time to get print out. It's ok. Nothing awesome.

Easy to set up and links quickly with the computer and holds a stable connection. While a bit noisy out of “quiet” mode, the print speed will have a person racing to catch the documents. In quiet mode, it is slower, but more stately. Good product.

We purchased this printer on sale for $99. It was easy to setup and connect. Within 2 weeks of using, I did get a printer head error. I was able to troubleshoot it easily as there were forums existing online on that specific error code.

We are retired; our 10 year old printer died; after reading reviews, decided on this printer; despite being close to age 70, was able to easily download and install software to operate all functions, including scanning! Printouts are clear and really like the automatic dual side printing option yo save paper!

We had an HP that we bought about 5 Black Fridays ago from Best Buy. It suddenly just stopped working and of course we needed a new one. We got this one and have no regrets. It prints fast, clean and very sharp. We are really happy we purchased this printer.

Bought this printer in March and it has met our needs. We use the Ink service and we no longer have to worry about running out of ink. Prints are clear and this printer has met our expectations. We print from 4 different locations throughout our house. Nice product and it has more than met our expectations.

I usually buy HP printers and they've worked well for me. This model prints clearly and quickly. I haven't had any problems with it. It is not as sturdy as my previous printers. I like that it is made from recycled material.

My HP6830 served up a printhead error (second time) and I could not get it fixed. I've had this printer for about 5 years. Working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, I needed to get my work done so I decided to purchase a new printer. I searched and researched printers for about two weeks and finally decided on the HP8025. Best Buy delivered as scheduled and within a short time of opening the box, I was printing. Set up was a breeze. It was easy to set up mobile printing as well from our phones. My daughter loves having that capability. I have yet to use the fax option but everything else works well. I plan to test the fax soon enough. Before ordering the printer, I was unsure of the color because I really loved the HP hues of grey. However, truthfully, it looks very nice! I have no complaints. I love my new printer and hope to have it for a few years! Transferring the new printer to my HP Instant ink membership was also easy. I was concerned about how it would work, but it was seamless...with two months of free pages based on my plan.
