Prints fast and has good quality. The only downside is the cost of replacent ink cartridges.

Perfect replacement for our HP printer that lasted over 6 years. I was looking at purchasing a color laser but the price was just right for this model... pretty satisfied with HP printers still...

HP products are almost always reliable and easy to use. This one, however, is a bit fussy when it comes to wireless printing. Print quality is mediocre at best, but I knew this when I bought it. Trying to print from my other PC's in other rooms is sometimes a challenge as it is very slow to lock on to the wifi signal. All in all, it is a pretty good printer but I wish my Cannon had not died on me. It was superior in every way. I'll be more selective in the future. If you want a basic all in one, this one is not too bad.

It works great. Really nice quality print. It does the job but would've bought a cheaper one if they had any in stock. I've bought them for half the price and they work fine.

HP makes great printers but every once in a while you get a bad egg. They gave me a new printer and it has been purring perfectly.

This printer is a replacement The print cartridge carrier, in my previous 8025 printer stopped working and after GEEK squad declared it unrepairable I was able to get this as it's replacement. It's supposed to be a newer model. Time will tell. The feature I really like is being able to scan documents and saving as a PDF or sending in emails>

This all in one printer is very similar to my prior one. Easy to operate. The only problem like everything else was not immediately available.

I tried to give this printer a chance but ever since I got it I’ve had many issues with it. I’ve had lots of PAPER JAMS, INK ISSUES, ALIGNMENT ISSUES & CONNECTION issues. This printer has been a headache and I called hp support and they were never able to help me even though I called as soon as I received it. My printer kept saying it was jammed and there was no paper or nothing jammed. I ended up cleaning it all out just to damage it and for it to not work again. It will tell you that you have the wrong ink even tho it’s straight from HP ink. DONT BUY!

Bought this to replace an older bulkier Epson model. This is definitely an upgrade. It takes up much less space and prints much more consistently. So far I have no complaints.

AlthoughI have had HP printers in the past, I have been very disappointed with this model. I have difficulty setting it up on my own, requested technical assistance which I received, and then encountered problems using it. I am totally frustrated and would not purchase it or another HP printer in the future.

Printer is OK for home use, a bit slow. Fax works great. Scan only does one page at a time, not front and back you have to put it in the printer does not feed through auto feed. I saves to your Microsoft 10 fax and scan folder, haven't figured out yet how to get it to my documents. It has a learning curve. WI-FI sent very smooth it sinked to my tablets. Happy about that.

This was suppose to be an upgrade because I scan lots of documents and didn't want to have to stand at the printer and scan each page individually. I have to be careful to make sure to keep pages aligned with each other or else the scanned page is a mess and have to start over. I do not like the paper tray at all. If I fully open the tray to add paper, I then have a challenge to get it get the tray back into place correctly.
