Easy set up. Had to contact customer service to switch over my ink program from old printer but that went well.

Slow unit, takes 5 mins to print one page, if unit has been used in awhile

After using my new printer for 4 weeks it died! The printer has a 'Close Paper Tray" alarm that wouldn't clear after getting HP Support on the phone, they decided to ship me a replacement printer ASAP. I now have had it four days with no issues yet! Best But shipped my original printer in a timely fashion to my home, and after paying for help from the Geek Guys I had to call in HP as they couldn't solve the original issue.

It’s been easy to use all functions. Print scan and fax. I’d love to write another review to see if it lasts longer than the warranty

It's been a good purchase so far. It replaced an older 4500 series and is doing very well. we haven't put it through all its paces yet but should preform quite well in all.

Looks good and works well. Prints pretty East. If it has been off for a little bit it takes a while to start up again but it’s expected

Not as good as the 8620 that it replaced. This one works much slower than my previous HP printer.

I used to have no issues with these printers and now I have nothing but issues. It gives me bad quality prints, but tells me there is no problems

Not the best printer I have purchased but okay for 6 months. Then, it has a "non-standard" error code - B83F2142. I will say I do have the extended warranty by being a BestBuy member and they replaced the old one with a brand new one. That part was easy.

Got this Printer a month back. It is good so far for kids home printing activities. It is good compared to other cheaper printers.

Hooked right up a started printing. The paper tray is not covered well in the instructions, but I think I do it right, so far no jams.

Any printer with ink promo are worth to look at for the most part. Hp is a very well known and trusted brand when it comes to reliability

This is a decent home office printer. The setup is terrible in the regard that you cannot mix a wireless printer with a wired computer on the network. The printer also won't do duplex copying or scanning even though it does duplex printing--literally makes zero sense. Otherwise, it's pretty good and the HP Smart app is pretty handy for controlling the printer as long as you set it up to do so vs the individual programs.
