Decent prints, but is a hassle to connect

I can use my mobile no issue, but any PC in the house does not work half the time. I go through all installations, use the HP app, etc, and it still hardly connects. Skip this one!

Uses more ink than expected so I try to stick with only printing in BLACK. Paper tray VERY difficult to open/close. Had trouble setting up for wireless, so bought some cables and set up with wires instead.

The software has glitches and is not reliable. The overall printing and scanning quality was good and I like the auto-shipping for the ink. The printer worked great for about three months and then the nightmare started with a message of “paper jammed” which completely disable the printer. After almost a month of back and forth and absolutely the worst customer service and no solutions from HP, I choose to dump it and will be buying a similar product… but most definitely NOT from HP
