My new HP printer

This does NOT function with a USB connection.

It will be a frustrating experience. It was designed as a WIFI enabled printer, and even though it sports a usb port it will not be recognized by your Windows desktop no matter how many reboots and power-offs you choose to go thru.

Apparently, that type of printer is no longer available. This hp prints well but scanning and attaching a document is more complicated than I like.

Great Printer Painful Set Up

Key information necessary to connect the wireless function is difficult to find. The eight digit code that must be entered when prompted is not easily located in the scant information that comes with the printer. It would be nice if HP noted where the code is located in the paper information that comes with the printer.
