    Nice product, easy to use. but you have to use HP ink as it has chip in it. You can't use generic one to save money, so it gets quite expensive/

    We've had this printer for a little over a year. It's been one problem after another. Parts are cheaply made. No longer prints in color and can't be repaired. Needs to be trashed and replaced.
