    My old printer was better quality. This one has an inconvenient paper drawer with the receptical drawer right above the paper drawer, both are hard to pull out and put back in, very disappointed

    Be careful with this model. The first one lasted about 8 months before print-head error occurred. The replacement lasted about a month before the ink stopped going to print head. I replaced those to with the 9015e.

    I was very disappointed with this printer and ended up returning it. No matter what I did it couldn’t connect with my computer. Following all of the steps I continually received a message that I needed to complete the setup. It should not be that difficult to connect.

    Purchased printer 6 months prior. Had to bring take back because the cyan ink cartridge wasn't acting right. Didn't recognize new one, plus HP was having problems with cartridges from Malaysia. They gave us a new printer no more questions asked. Besides it was within warranty. This one is running good, so far. Any troubles...and were are totally done with HP.
