Not really satisfied

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had an 8500 for 11 years and all of a sudden the software failed and I had my tech person here for 2 hours trying to remedy the situation, but he finally threw up his hands and said " buy a new printer" so I did. The 11 year old printer was clearer and much faster. I'm disappointed.

Printer is great, set up... not so much
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A really nice printer so far but setting up on Wi-Fi was difficult because it was not finding my Wi-Fi and I could not get it to reset even by unplugging it and restarting it several times. After over a half hour messing with it, something eventually did the magic trick and I was able to get it connected but it was very frustrating.
