I am highly disappointed and HP has done nothing to keep me as a customer. I have only had the printer for 1 year and a half and two days ago printer failure and printer system error. I have tried every single thing and the printer is no longer working. This is why hp gives free ink for 6 months and low subscriptions. I am the biggest hp fan I had another printer that lasted over 10 years these new ones are not it please go back to the old operating system please. $209 down the drain at least 6 more months of working would have made me feel as if I got good use out of it but it fell short. So disappointed.

The all-in-one is great at the functions for which it is meant. The only thing that needs to be improved is the cost for ink. Even thought the company (HP) offers a six month trial of the automatic re-ordering of the ink, it is still an additional cost that is higher than ink for other all-in-ones.

Had to call HP support 3 times to get the printer set up with the internet and instant ink program. Never had such an issue before this is my 3rd HP printer in 10 years and this was a very difficult experience. However, I finally after the third call got it set up. Keeping my fingers crossed. Then I tried to call BEST Buy to add the protection insurance the same day I purchased and they wanted me to haul the printer back to the store or they would not offer the protection plan. I am 71 years old and this printer is heavy and I didn't want to mess up all the phone hours getting it set up only to come back and have to start over again. Horrible experience with BEST BUY not sure they are the best to deal with anymore. I have purchased all my TVs, Stereo equipment, and printers from them not sure if I will go back.

This delivers quality printing for the money. Easy to set up. There are a couple of minor engineering issues that bug me. The paper tray is difficult to open without constantly having to push back the shelf where the print comes out. And the display/control panel doesn't stay extended under the slightest touch. Picky, maybe, but overall it is a very good printer.
