Perfect printer for a home and works great with HP+ subscription.

We needed a new printer and this one is perfect for school work as well as business. It’s great for the whole family.

This Printer was vert easy to install, Was very pleased with the price and the shipment time. The fax feature was so easy. Very happy with two side printing, which was not available on my last printer. I have always been a HP product purchaser and will remain one. HP offer the best equipment for very reasonable prices. Wish the Ink Carriages were easier to open. However, the other benefits out weight the ink issue.

I purchased an "HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-one Printer" about a year ago and had no issues until about 6 months of owning the printer. Around that time in Dec. 2020, the Cyan color abruptly and completely stopped printing. After troublshooting and chatting with support, they ended up sending me a replacement printer. Not a problem, it was still under warranty. The replacement worked perfectly for about another 6-7 months until this month (July 2021) when again the Cyan color abruptly and completely stopped printing. The same exact issue from my first printer, now happening on my replacement printer. I reached out to HP support at the beginning of July and explained my situation. They responded by sending a replacement cartridge to troubleshoot the issue. Knowing that this process of shipping and trying a new cartridge would take time, I told them I was worried about my warranty expiring in mid-july. The agent said that after talking with their supervisor that they would make a note on my case given the situation and assured me they would honor my warranty past the expiration date if needed. After receiving the replacement ink and trying it out, there is no change and the problem is still there. That same day I chat with HP support and they say that they'll send me a replacement printer and that another agent will call in the next 24 hrs to go over the process. After a few days of not getting a call, I chat support again and am told that they'll call me soon. After not receiving a call from them in nearly two weeks, which was now conveniently past my warranty expiration date, I reached out to them again over the phone. I was on the phone for well over 2 hours and was transferred to 5 different agents. At the end of the call, they claimed they couldn't issue a replacement because the warranty expired. Even though they assured me they would honor my warranty given my circumstance. Even with the note from the previous agent, they couldn't override the warranty and also wouldn't provide credit or refund my money. Their advice was to... "BUY A NEW PRINTER." Suggesting not only that I be the one to buy one, but also that I buy a different HP model because "clearly this model has major issues." Needless to say, I will never be buying another HP product, nor will I ever recommend their products to anyone. Afterward, I came to write a review on my horrible experience and discovered that this printer model has been discontinued by HP. After reading the reviews, many people have had the exact same issue and have been told the same thing as me. During my 2-hour phone call where I repeatedly asked each of the 5 agents if this was a common/known issue with this model, they all said that they were unaware of this problem. They all also failed to mention that this model was recalled/discontinued...very interesting HP.

Really good for school printing. Plus you get free ink for 6 months which makes it worth even more.

Simple to set up and add to the wireless network. The sleep mode is great. You don't have to get up and turn the printer on to use it. I like that you can set up for ink to be automatically ordered online. It has a 'sleep' mode so you don' have to turn the printer on to use it, just hit print with the item to be printed and the printer wakes up and prints. The footprint is not very large and the printer is nice looking.

I like the printer, but the tray to load the paper is difficult to open. And it seems as if it’s going to break.

I was looking for printer that would print copies and print items on line from computer. After several issues with printer recommendations from Best Buy associates, I finally found product for my needs in the OfficeJet Pro 8025 printer. While it offers more options than I was looking for in a printer, I am really satisfied with it right now. I have only had the item for a little more than a month, I am looking for years of satisfaction with this printer.

I haven’t used it a whole lot yet but so far easy and works well! I highly recommend it for day to day printing.

We got a new printer as our older one by HP ran into some issues but it is given considering the age. This printer connects to our PC, can upload to our emails, Google Drive, and Dropbox, or print files that we email to it. Also, the HP Smart app on our phones allows for quick access and maintenance. It is a nice perk as well that HP has Quick Forms and other printable documents available from templates to kid's activities. We definitely get more than a printer.
