No problem, here is customer service, a few clicks, hand over control so Steve can assist, hr points out a setting that is off in the system and says he will not help without a $200 dollar one time service fee. You have to be joking, i did not pay That for the printer. going to try and return, but ink cartridges are installed as that had to happen before the drivers were installed HP computer, also replacing an HP printer, thanks for the customer loyalty, learned my lesson

We had a Canon for years, but when it crapped out on us, and Custom Service was as useless as they were, it was time to try a different route. More importantly, we had just recently purchase a ton of ink, and everyone knows that the ink is where you end up spending the most money for a printer. This printer has been great so far and the ink isn't too pricey.
