good option for home office

I print occasionally and It works well on my home office. It's a decent size, but I'd love to see a smaller version. Sometimes it takes a while to start printing tho, specially if it was turned off

My Geek Squad Membership is worthless...

I made an appointment with Best Buy Geek Squad to buy this new printer at your MYR store, and bring my laptop in to hook it up manually to a new printer to find a problem. when I went to the Geek Squad--they said they were not allowed to do that. I still have no working printer.,.

Okay of you only print a document like once a week

Bad ink cartridges

Unlike my current HP, all the ink cartridges have to be in (my old one works on black alone). Many of the 910 ink cartridges for this model have been recalled, and I did not want to make numerous trips to the store until I got one that worked.
