I'd hesitated to get an HP - simply because I'm an Apple person and my husband had an HP that wasn't worth the energy to throw it away. (To be honest, it was an old one.) After having a difficult time getting a decent product from my old printer, I sprung for this one and I'm SO glad I did!!!

I love that the paper is in a covered container, so if not used for a while it stays clean. The screen on the front is easy to navigate and convenient. We've never had a document feeder feature and find that we use it often. No more jammed paper! This one's a keeper!

Wireless functions are straight idiotic.

This one though…..the paper tray doesn’t go in and out easy. And the biggest annoyance is the idiotic wireless functions. It’s a hassle to connect. Drops connection. And if you do connect and don’t use the printer for awhile you have to do the process all over again. I wish I never bought this thing. It’s terrible. And no it’s not user error like most reviews are.
