    Good value for the price. It is loud when making copies. Not sure about the ink use yet. Replaces a HP 8610 that was a better product but 5 times the cost. Overall I am satisfied with this product

    Love the printer in every way except for the ink prices being way too high. High prices with ink subscription and higher prices with buying ink as needed. Have to admit, HP has some great engineers, but need to work on the cost overhead to get customers the full value they are seeking. BestBuy ordering was easy and picked up product same day.

    We got an HP printer for my business last year during the pandemic and this year our Epson home printer broke so we also replaced it with an HP. So far, we love our HP printers. Our favorite part is the app that they have and you can control all your printers in one app. You can check the ink levels too.

    The HP Smart App took more than three hours to download. Thereafter, I could not connect the printer to my computer MacBook Air os Monterey 12.6 (although I had been assured by a Burlington Apple store employee that connection would be no problem.) IT specialists at both Best Buy and the Apple store could not resolve the issue. I returned the printer and will not buy another.
