Really like this printer. Much improved from the 6700 HP printer it replaces. (printhead failed) It is faster and easier to setup. A little more quiet but still noisy. I do recommend it because I think it is a improvement over my old one.

Performs all the normal at home functions (printing, scanning, faxing, Bluetooth, etc.). Allows you to connect, and print straight from your phone. Con: It's kind of loud, when printing. Overall, Good printer. Would recommend for someone looking for a nice home printer.

The sells representative apparently didn’t listen to what I needed although I’m sure this product is great but it’s not what I needed

I purchased this replacement printer on 12/10. I was very surprised to get a notice my black cartridge would need replacement soon, which was around Christmas time. All the other levels are right up there. Maybe it's not reading right, but I'm not sure. I had a higher end level of this same printer which is why I purchased this lower level. It's just for personal use. Disappointed I had to already purchase a black cartridge. It's in reserve for when I definitely have to swap. All in all HP has been my favorite for technology products. Maybe this is just a glitch in the product for me.

Once I subscribed to the HP instant ink, it has been horrible. Inconsistent printing. I have to reset, turn on and off etc just to get a few pages to print. When it does work the printing is nice and clean hence the 2 stars. However I do not recommend because it is frustrating not being able to print consistently. Once day I’m able to print quickly, the next day I have to troubleshoot. Customer service is not an option as the wait time is ridiculous.

Didn’t know you would have to buy HIGH PRICED HP INK just to replace instead of using some type of generic brand, so payed for hp ink twice and went and bought an Epson printer.

I'm really disappointed in this printer. The paper tray is clunky when opening and closing. I've had paper jams. It's slow and it seems like unique printing jobs and scans to computer are non intuitive and take WAYYY too long to accomplish what should simple tasks. I was unable to scan to the computer from the printer with scanning only working using the HP smart app installed on my laptop. My last HP all in one (#6978) was better all around and I will be returning this one in favor of the new version of my last model.

So far so good, for small business like my works great !
