We went to Best Buy to see what was available and there was a limited supply due to so many people working from home these days but we found the above HP and it met all our needs and the price was fair.

Works well but takes a bit to set up

But like any other device don't depend on unpack and play. Took a bit before printer and laptop communicating. And all the extra HP stuff is annoying and have ro go back and delete to slim down memory. The machine works well.

I ended up throwing it into a dumpster when only a few months old.

However, your site does not recognize that I ever purchased from you. I have made at least 4 office products from Best Buy. So, I am cheated out of prior points and discounts. Very disappointing. I will think a second time before purchasing from you again.

The Best Wireless Printer, Scanner, Copier

The 910 ink cartridges came with the printer packaged in the box. This printer also can use #916 cartridges, but you must order them from Best Buy. Just a fantastic Printer, and very unique! Had 4630 prior that stopped scanning and copying. Still getting used to new all-in-one, but all going great with it for my needs. Thank you!

Rated for 20ppm it may hit that if you have 2 words on the page but for what we normally print it runs around 10ppm.

I have not been able to get the scanner to my computer because the HP Smart program keeps coming up with an error. Haven't contact support as of yet.

It scans amazingly and the HP app makes everything that much better. If you are looking for an office printer who can fax and scanned large documents quickly I won’t recommend this product but for everything else it’s amazing.
