    I took it back to the store it didn't work alignment was bad i don't have a picture, I took it back and bought another printer at the same Best Buy store Officejet Pro 9120e

    I will start saying that is a good printer when its come to print quality. But it doesn’t print fast and the ink goes fast and my particular issue is not working with my iMac safari webpage.

    Printer is rock solid. You can’t go wrong with HP items. The ink supply purchase is worth the extra money. HP knows when to send you ink by monitoring how you print. They send ink according to the amount of usage.

    Works well, but is a bit slow. The guide to stop the copy from flying off the printer is thin and appears fragile. The black ink cartridge that came with the printer ran out very quickly.

    I am very tech. challenged and didn't know what printer to get and was worried about setting it up. with the help of one of the associates I decided on this one. It took a while to set it up, but that was probably more my problem than the printers. It would help if they included instructions with the computer.

    Great print quality but the process of setting it up to scan from the printer to the PC was very difficult. You shouldn't have to setup an online account just to scan.
