Just an absolutely terrible printer - got it to print once and then after that there were constant error messages on multiple devices saying it was offline, couldn't connect, etc. Such a shame, I had always used and loved HP printers. Happy that Best Buy took this back so I could switch over to the Epson EcoTank which has been perfect so far!

This is a nice quiet printer. Worth the HP ink subscriptions. My complaint is it does keep dropping the wifi and have to constantly reinstall it on the computer.

Can not get this printer to sync with my computer therefore can not use my HP Instant Ink account and can not print off the computer. Also makes it so I can not scan things to computer. I can copy things on it but I am not impressed with the quality of the prints. It is quieter than my HP8610 was when printing so that is the one good thing I have to say about it. Hopefully my opinion will change after we are done sheltering and I can get some help connecting it.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 is a good printer. Easy to use.

The Office jet 8025 is working very well. The various changes developed since my former printer are proving to be advantageous, which may mean the aging operator is adapting. Thanks to HP and Best Buy.

I had a previous Hp printer for many years that was worked very well. So when it finally broke after 10+ years of usage I decided to buy another Hp printer. I am so disappointed with this printer from day 1. Set up was a struggle, the Hp app is useless and the wireless connection sucks. Waste of money !!

He advised me on what I needed for my needs and the unit was not the high end and was not the leased expensive. BestBuy gives the bast service, sells the best product that meets the customer needs. Excellent office printer/scanner at reasonable price.

This HP printer was the only one recommended by the Best Buy associate to work with my new ACER Chromebook. The installation was somewhat difficult, but we did it!! I have always preferred an HP product over others.

This printer has been my life saver overall. I am a teacher and a student with six children that consistently need to print out reports and research papers. Printing setup and faxing is definitely on point.

This printer is the biggest piece of junk I've every purchased. And that's saying a lot for home printers. There is always something wrong with it...printhead issues, staying connecting to the wireless, syncing with my HP account. You name it, something is always wrong and preventing printing.

We had to call HP to get the Printer set up to work. The Printer works well with our HP Computer. HP has a Great Skilled Support Team. People who will spend the needed time working with you to solve any issue.
